Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term customer relationships consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and effective clienteling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of watches and jewellery to advise clients on features, craftsmanship and after‑sales care.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, process transactions, and perform daily cash reconciliation accurately.
- Support merchandising and visual standards: replenish stock, execute window and in‑store displays, and ensure boutique presentation.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming inventory; assist with stock counts and inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate client appointments, service requests and liaise with after‑sales/repair teams when necessary.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention procedures, store safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience; experience in watches, jewellery or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in retail, fashion or hospitality is an asset.
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts, with flexibility to meet peak retail hours at CrossIron Mills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional presentation and a service‑oriented demeanour.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a small boutique team.
