Hour Passion (Swatch Group) seeks a Key Holder / Sales Associate in Las Vegas to deliver luxury watch sales and clienteling at North Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique; perform key holder responsibilities including securing the premises and cash handling reconciliation.
- Deliver excellent, personalized customer service and proactive clienteling to build and retain high-value clientele.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective product presentation.
- Maintain boutique standards for merchandising, product presentation and stock organization in line with brand directives.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and layaways with accuracy and integrity.
- Support inventory management, receiving, tagging and loss-prevention procedures.
- Act as a floor leader during shifts: supervise junior staff, delegate tasks and assist with on-the-job coaching as required.
- Collaborate with boutique management on local sales initiatives, events and marketing activations.
Qualifications
- Proven success in luxury retail sales with demonstrable clientele-building skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; polished, service-oriented manner.
- Reliable attention to detail and integrity in cash handling and transaction processing.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
- Prior experience with luxury watch brands or technical product knowledge preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of luxury retail sales experience, ideally with watches or high-end accessories. Previous key holder, supervisory or shift-lead experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/luxury brand training is a plus.
