Hour Passion, a prestigious concept boutique within The Swatch Group (Italia) portfolio, seeks a Sales Assistant for its Castel Romano location. The role entails delivering exceptional client experiences through product knowledge and personalized service, managing customer relationships, and contributing to sales objectives. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and fulfillment of purchase desires
- Build and manage client relationships while providing post-sale assistance and support
