Boutique Manager at Hour Passion Metzingen – The Swatch Group seeks experienced retail leader for luxury watch boutique management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop boutique team, establishing strong sales culture and performance standards
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through strategic merchandise planning and customer engagement
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand representation across all luxury watch brands
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Implement company policies, compliance procedures, and brand guidelines
- Analyze sales performance metrics and manage P&L for the boutique location
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or boutique operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate retail teams
- Strong understanding of luxury watch brands and timepiece product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership capability with strategic thinking and business acumen

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in luxury retail, boutique operations, or high-end hospitality environments, with proven success in driving sales and leading teams in a prestigious brand context.
Education
