Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through active floor leadership and coaching.
- Lead, motivate and develop store staff; organise rotas, conduct briefings and deliver ongoing sales and product training.
- Deliver an elevated client experience through proactive clienteling, relationship management and after‑sales follow‑up.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet brand standards, including seasonal resets and promotional displays.
- Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and inventory control.
- Manage stock movements, perform regular stock counts, and implement loss‑prevention measures to protect inventory.
- Prepare routine operational reports and assist with recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium fashion retail.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; able to develop a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced outlet setting.
- Professional presentation and thorough knowledge of luxury product care and selling etiquette.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays consistent with retail trading hours.
- Vocational training in retail, commerce or hospitality is preferred.

Minimum two years of hands‑on retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity; prior exposure to watch or jewellery categories is highly desirable.
