Holt Renfrew seeks Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service and style expertise during the Holiday 2026 season. This role offers the opportunity to create memorable client experiences, build lasting relationships, and achieve sales goals within a luxury retail environment. Available from October 2026 through January 2027, positions offer hourly pay, commission opportunities, and an employee discount.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create extraordinary experiences for every client through attentive and personalized service
- Build and grow lasting client relationships through meaningful engagement and follow-up
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Share product and style expertise with clients to inform purchasing decisions
- Stay current through ongoing product and brand education
- Connect with clients about products, events and personalized recommendations
- Support merchandising, product presentation and selling-floor activities
- Resolve client needs with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Strong client relationship-building and communication skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in fashion, style and luxury retail
- Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Experience
Proven experience in sales or client-facing retail roles with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Education
