Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain neat, clean, and orderly stock areas and ensure proper storage of merchandise
- Execute stock movement requests and receive merchandise onto the selling floor
- Move department fixtures as directed and manage fixture placement
- Remove hangers and security devices from cash wraps and store appropriately
- Process price change reports, markdowns, return-to-vendor merchandise, and consolidations within required timeframes
- Assist selling floor staff with inventory recovery and stock counts
- Coordinate delivery of packages to shipping and alterations departments
- Execute and process client transfer requests and same-day shipments
- Comply with all health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies and regulations
- Support additional operational needs as determined by business requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent communication in both French and English
- Demonstrated ability to maintain organized and clean work environments
- Strong physical capability for handling merchandise and moving fixtures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing inventory transactions
Skills
Experience
Experience in stockroom or warehouse operations, retail inventory management, or similar roles is advantageous, though entry-level candidates with strong organizational abilities and enthusiasm for luxury retail are encouraged to apply.
