Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative service to all customers while building and nurturing a loyal personal client base
- Exceed individual and brand sales targets, as well as all service metrics
- Acquire new customers, develop existing relationships, and retain loyal clients through proactive engagement and follow-up
- Share expert-level product knowledge with the entire store selling team and serve as the brand specialist
- Drive brand visibility by identifying and executing marketing opportunities, events, and assortment recommendations
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels regarding events, merchandise, birthday recognition, and personalized offerings
- Attend all educational sessions, including product training, vendor seminars, and Holt Renfrew professional development
- Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
- Resolve customer service issues in accordance with guidelines and escalate complex matters appropriately

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets
- Minimum two years of commission-based sales experience
- Prior retail sales experience as a product specialist in a luxury environment (preferred)
- Fully bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated mindset
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking and independent judgment
