Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and guide them through the ephemeral food and beverage space experience
- Conduct product tastings and communicate product knowledge in an accessible, compelling manner
- Recommend curated product selections based on customer preferences and occasion
- Drive sales conversion through enthusiasm, product mastery, and consultative approach
- Deliver personalized, luxury-caliber service throughout the customer journey
- Maintain the food and beverage space in pristine condition, ensuring aesthetic presentation and operational readiness
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Provide flexible support to store operations and café functions as required during peak seasonal periods
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Natural interpersonal skills and ease in approaching and engaging customers
- Demonstrated ability to present and recommend products compellingly
- Genuine interest in gastronomy, luxury goods, hospitality, or premium food and beverage categories
- Willingness to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
- Availability for the full seasonal sales period from October through March

Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding sales objectives in a customer-facing environment, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality, or premium food and beverage sectors.
Education
