Holt Renfrew is hiring a Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate for the holiday 2026 season to pick, pack, process and ship customer orders, manage returns and support store teams. The seasonal period may run from November 2026 through January 2027; the role offers up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays, at CAD 18–20 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pick, prepare, pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prioritize orders to ensure they are processed within expected timelines.
- Check item quality and order accuracy before shipment.
- Process and update orders in order management systems.
- Receive and process customer returns.
- Keep orders organized, secure and ready for delivery.
- Maintain sufficient packaging and shipping supplies.
- Collaborate with store teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
