Holt Renfrew seeks Seasonal Food & Beverage Associates to support its Holiday 2026 celebration, operating a food pop-up experience within a luxury retail environment. Associates will engage customers, offer product samples, provide personalized recommendations, and drive sales conversion whilst maintaining elevated service standards and food safety compliance. This role operates seasonally from October through March, with flexibility to support café operations as needed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers and introduce them to the food pop-up experience
- Offer food samples and communicate product knowledge in an approachable manner
- Recommend food selections based on customer preferences and occasions
- Drive sales conversion and actively support revenue targets
- Deliver elevated, personalized service throughout the customer journey
