Holt Renfrew is hiring a Seasonal Concierge for Holiday 2026 in Mississauga to welcome clients, respond to inquiries, provide point-of-sale support, and support holiday events. The role is full-time and seasonal, with flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; pay is CAD 18–20 per hour based on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver an exceptional level of service.
- Serve as a trusted resource for store information, products, and services.
- Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
- Resolve client needs with care, confidence, and professionalism.
- Process gift cards and provide point-of-sale support.
