Holt Renfrew is hiring Seasonal Cashiers in Toronto for Holiday 2026 to deliver exceptional client service, process transactions, assist with inquiries and support store teams and holiday events. The full-time seasonal role offers up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays, at CAD 18–20 per hour, based on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming experience for every client.
- Process purchases, gift cards and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with store, product and service inquiries.
- Resolve client needs with care, confidence and professionalism.
- Support the sales floor and store teams with point-of-sale expertise.
- Assist with holiday events and client experiences.
- Handle client information with care and follow privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
