Role & Responsibilities
- Schedule and maintain Personal Shopper calendar for all appointments
- Review and manage all correspondence, including drafting and producing official client invitations
- Represent the Personal Shopper via telephone and email with superior customer service and professional follow-up
- Maintain accurate Personal Shopper client profiles and data, tracking information for analytical interpretation
- Prepare and coordinate materials and merchandise for client appointments while maintaining brand standards
- Coordinate alterations, product transfers, holds, and ancillary services as required
- Maintain merchandising standards in Personal Shopping Suites and on the selling floor
- Ensure Personal Shopping Suites meet all Store Readiness requirements, including maintenance and housekeeping
- Implement loss prevention measures to reduce inventory shrinkage
- Attend product knowledge sessions to develop expert-level brand understanding
- Comply with all health and safety policies and cyber security measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong internet and email management capabilities
- Previous retail experience (preferred)
