Holt Renfrew seeks an Order Fulfillment Associate in Vancouver, BC. Manage omnichannel order processing, quality inspections, and returns. $18.25–$24/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Transfer Sale (CTS) and online sales order processing by generating pick lists multiple times daily, executing hold orders within 24 hours, and organizing picking routes based on volume and express order priority
- Conduct comprehensive pre-shipment quality inspections on all customer orders, verifying product newness and condition, checking for mismatched footwear, and confirming accurate labeling to destination
- Maintain all fulfillment systems including portal and app order notifications, prioritize orders by time sensitivity, and execute timely picking, shipping, and confirmation processes
- Process customer returns received at store locations by tracking, logging, and reviewing returned merchandise to ensure policy compliance, resalable condition, and accurate refund processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high order fulfillment compliance rates and provide feedback to system administrators on program performance
- Track and maintain comprehensive system report management, including weekly cancelled order reports, filing systems, and wrap and pack supply replenishment based on volume
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory platforms (IP), Customer Transfer Sales (CTS), and enterprise resource planning (SAP) software
- Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptionally high accuracy standards in order processing and data entry
- Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
