Holt Renfrew Order Fulfillment Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Process client transfer sales (VTC) and online orders with accuracy and punctuality, including generating picking lists multiple times daily as needed
• Ensure orders set aside are executed within 24 hours of receipt
• Enter shipment confirmations into the database in a timely manner
• Organize picking routes based on order volume and express customer orders
• Process and update orders in appropriate systems
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Conduct full quality inspections on all customer orders before packaging, verifying shoes for matching pairs, product condition, and labeling accuracy
• Update and maintain all systems with order confirmations and shipment notifications
• Prioritize and activate orders according to time sensitivity
• Pack, ship, and confirm all orders promptly
• Receive and store all orders securely as required
• Process customer returns and handle merchandise received at retail locations
• Control, track, and document all in-store returns
• Review returned merchandise to ensure order and product numbers correspond to original order numbers
• Verify customer notes from the Customer Service Centre are on file
• Confirm all return dates comply with policy
• Examine returned merchandise for resale condition
• Process refunds to finalize the return process
• Return sellable merchandise to appropriate department sections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve superior order compliance rates
• Provide feedback to the system administrator on program performance
• Resolve compliance issues promptly
• Ensure VTC and online order policies and procedures are followed
• Perform assigned duties
• Track and record management system reports
• Maintain high order processing throughput
• Update cancelled item reports twice weekly and notify sales associates
• Maintain the ranking system
• Order and replenish packaging supplies as needed based on volume
• Ensure compliance with privacy protection, regulations, and cybersecurity measures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Highly detail-oriented personality
• Proficiency with computer systems including POS, SAP, and VTC platforms
• Strong service orientation combined with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
