Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers and resolve customer service issues in compliance with guidelines
- Exceed individual sales and service goals and brand targets through commission-based performance
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers and developing existing relationships
- Share expert-level product knowledge with the entire store selling team
- Maintain strong relationships with buying, vendor, and selling management teams
- Drive brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities, executing promotional events, and providing assortment recommendations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
