Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to all customers, consistently exceeding expectations
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and service goals, as well as brand-level targets
- Develop and retain a loyal personal client base through active customer acquisition, relationship development, and retention strategies
- Demonstrate expert-level product knowledge and share insights across the selling team
- Cultivate strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and sales management
- Identify and execute key marketing opportunities, assortment recommendations, and promotional initiatives; communicate suggestions to store management regularly
- Attend all educational sessions, including product training, vendor presentations, and Holt Renfrew seminars
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support duties
- Maintain regular client communication via phone, email, and direct contact regarding events, merchandise, promotions, and special occasions
- Resolve customer service issues independently and collaborate with management on complex situations
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment
- Minimum two or more years of commission-based sales experience
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate (may be required for certain brands)
- Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred
