Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all customers whilst building and maintaining a loyal personal client base
- Exceed assigned personal and brand sales targets through proactive selling and consultative client engagement
- Acquire new customers, develop existing relationships, and implement retention strategies to grow client loyalty
- Share expert-level product knowledge with the broader store selling team and provide recommendations on assortment and merchandising opportunities
- Maintain collaborative relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management to support brand objectives
- Execute marketing initiatives, event activations, and promotional campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales
- Conduct floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks to maintain store standards
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, email, and digital channels regarding in-store events, product requests, sales follow-up, and special occasions
- Resolve customer service issues independently and escalate complex matters to management in accordance with established guidelines
- Attend all product knowledge, vendor, and internal training seminars to maintain expertise and professional development
- Comply with all health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Prior retail sales experience as a product specialist in a luxury environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving financial objectives
- Fully bilingual fluency in French and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum two or more years of demonstrated success in a commission-based sales environment, ideally within luxury retail. Experience as a product specialist in an upscale retail setting is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.25 to CAD 26.25 per hour.
