Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver exceptional service and sales experience to all customers
- Exceed personal and brand sales targets and performance objectives
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through new customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Share expert product knowledge with the entire store selling team
- Maintain professional relationships with buyers, vendors, and management
- Drive brand sales by identifying marketing opportunities, executing events, and recommending assortment changes

- Perform visual merchandising, floor recovery, pricing updates, and sales support tasks

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum two years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Prior experience as a product specialist in a luxury retail environment (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, confident, and self-motivated
- Fully bilingual in French and English
