Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed all personal and brand sales targets
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base through systematic customer acquisition, relationship development, and retention strategies
- Demonstrate expert-level product knowledge and share insights with the store selling team
- Drive brand sales by identifying marketing opportunities, executing events, and recommending assortment improvements to store management
