Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all customers and cultivate long-lasting relationships that drive repeat business and loyalty
- Exceed individual sales and service targets while simultaneously advancing brand-specific objectives within the beauty department
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through strategic customer acquisition, ongoing client development, and retention initiatives

- Maintain strong working relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management to align on merchandise, strategy, and execution

- Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks to maintain department standards
- Engage personal clients proactively through phone, email, and direct mail regarding in-store events, product requests, sales follow-up, and milestones

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two or more years of proven experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment strongly preferred
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required depending on the specific brand assignment
