Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service to all Holt Renfrew clients, acting as brand ambassador
- Maintain expert knowledge of store layout, product locations, and inventory
- Resolve customer service issues in compliance with company policy
- Manage incoming inquiries and requests via in-person kiosk, telephone, and email channels
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries and complaints within 24 hours
- Process gift cards for both internal and external clients
- Serve as POS systems super user and support sales floor operations
- Develop and maintain effective relationships within the concierge community
- Establish and nurture partnerships with concierge vendors including florists, ticket brokers, car rental agencies, and restaurants
- Maintain expert knowledge of premium local venues and community attractions
- Attend concierge-related events and professional development sessions
- Coordinate and participate in store events, including guest list creation, ticket collection, and RSVP management
- Update and maintain plasma screen content for accuracy and relevance
- Respond to all event-related inquiries promptly
- Support the client services department as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (required)
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of luxury retail standards and protocols
