Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the concierge team to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Schedule team members and ensure adequate coverage for store operations
- Train new employees and facilitate continuous professional development for the team
- Process internal and external client requests promptly and efficiently
- Manage complex situations, complaints, and service escalations requiring supervisory intervention

Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent relevant training
- Proven experience in luxury customer service or similar environment
- Demonstrated experience in team supervision or management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual fluency in French and English
