Holt Renfrew seeks a Concierge Supervisor to oversee daily concierge operations and deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with luxury retail standards. The successful candidate will lead the concierge team, coordinate operations, enforce service policies, and resolve complex service situations, while collaborating closely with sales, customer service, and operational teams to ensure seamless guest interactions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the concierge team to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Schedule team members and ensure adequate coverage for store operations
- Train new employees and facilitate continuous professional development for the team
- Process internal and external client requests promptly and efficiently
- Manage complex situations, complaints, and service escalations requiring supervisory intervention
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store offerings, concierge services, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate relationships with external concierge service providers and vendors
- Support special events, marketing initiatives, and VIP activities within the store
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement continuous improvement plans
- Prepare activity reports and communicate performance results to management
- Collaborate across sales, customer service, and operations teams to deliver harmonious client experiences

Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent relevant training
- Proven experience in luxury customer service or similar environment
- Demonstrated experience in team supervision or management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual fluency in French and English
