Role & Responsibilities
- Create extraordinary retail experiences and deliver exceptional client service across luxury product categories
- Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized engagement and meaningful connections
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling techniques
- Provide expert product knowledge and style guidance, with particular emphasis on luxury brand positioning and heritage
- Maintain current product and brand education through ongoing training modules and seasonal product launches
- Proactively engage with clients regarding new arrivals, exclusive events and personalized recommendations
- Support merchandising initiatives, product presentation and selling-floor activities to maintain luxury retail standards
- Address client concerns with professionalism and care, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Strong client relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Genuine passion for fashion, style and personal brand development
- Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
- Availability for the seasonal period from October 2026 through January 2027
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in retail sales, luxury brand environments or customer-facing roles with a demonstrated ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail certification or customer service training is beneficial but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 20 per hour.
