Holt Renfrew seeks a Beauty Advisor to cultivate enduring client relationships and drive sales within the luxury beauty sector. The role demands exceptional customer service, achievement of ambitious sales targets, and expert-level product knowledge disseminated across the sales team. Compensation is commission-based, directly reflecting sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service consistently to all customers
- Exceed personal and brand sales targets
- Develop and retain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention strategies
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge to the selling team
- Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling management
- Identify marketing opportunities and communicate assortment recommendations to store leadership
- Attend educational sessions including product knowledge and vendor seminars
- Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, and price management tasks
- Engage regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels regarding events, merchandise requests, and lifecycle communications
- Resolve customer service issues in accordance with guidelines
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Minimum two years' experience in commission-based sales environments
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment (preferred)
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate (may be required for certain brands)
