Role & Responsibilities
- Provide frontline supervision on the sales floor, spending the majority of time actively engaging with customers and associates
- Coach and train associates to maintain luxury service standards and achieve customer service and sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns while escalating complex issues to the Manager of Sales
- Recommend operational improvements to enhance customer sales and service delivery
- Participate as a training facilitator for sales, service, and corporate training programs as required
- Support the launch and maintenance of selling tools and sales initiatives
- Guide associates in developing and maintaining an active store client base and cultivating customer relationships
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new sales associates
- Assign work and tasks to associates based on floor needs and performance objectives
- Provide feedback to the Manager of Sales on inventory performance, merchandising standards, customer trends, and operational issues
- Contribute to associate performance assessments, appraisals, and performance improvement plans
- Organize and facilitate regular departmental team meetings to communicate sales initiatives and updates
- Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and visual displays at all times
- Oversee day-to-day operational standards of leased beauty counters to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience with accountability for sales and service performance

- Confident and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
