Role & Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive fabrication schedules for each custom couture order
- Translate customer orders into manufacturing directives, synchronizing design development, fittings, and deliveries
- Define key project milestones including launch, finishing, quality control, and delivery phases
- Coordinate internal and external teams across the entire production chain
- Monitor daily order progress and alert stakeholders to emerging risks
- Pilot and analyze performance metrics including workshop load, capacity utilization, and occupancy rates
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of production planning experience in product-oriented environments
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to anticipate constraints
- Proven capacity to structure bespoke solutions tailored to specific requirements
