Hermès is seeking a dynamic Working Student, Retail Sales for its Düsseldorf boutique on a fixed-term, part-time basis. The role involves 20 hours per week, rising above 20 hours during lecture-free periods, with work on Saturdays and at least one additional weekday.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support customer reception and service.
- Carry out various sales-support activities.
- Assist with goods receipt, delivery note checks and merchandise labelling.
- Provide packaging support at the checkout area.
- Assist with shipping.
- Replenish packaging materials on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled as a student at a German university or higher education institution.
- Be available to work Saturdays and at least one additional weekday, for 20 hours per week and more than 20 hours per week during lecture-free periods.
- Initial experience in a service-oriented business is an advantage.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, a highly structured approach to work, commitment and reliability.
- Show a strong service orientation, motivation and engagement.
- Speak German and English very well; additional languages are an advantage.
