Hermès is seeking a committed and dynamic Working Student, Retail Sales for its Berlin boutiques from December 2026. This fixed-term, nine-month part-time role involves 20 hours per week, with the possibility of more than 20 hours during lecture-free periods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with welcoming and serving customers.
- Support sales-related activities.
- Assist with goods receipt, delivery note checks and merchandise labeling.
- Provide gift-wrapping support at the checkout area.
- Assist with shipping.
- Replenish packaging materials in the sales area.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled as a student at a German university or college.
- Be available to work Saturdays and at least one additional weekday (20 hours per week; more than 20 hours per week may be required during lecture-free periods).
- Initial experience in a service-oriented company is an advantage.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, a highly structured working style, commitment and reliability.
- Show a strong service orientation, motivation and engagement.
- Speak German and English very well; additional languages are an advantage.
