Hermès is seeking a Working Student in Retail for its Frankfurt boutique from January 2027 on a fixed-term, nine-month, part-time contract. The role supports customer service and sales, goods receipt and shipping, checkout wrapping, and replenishment of packaging materials; the schedule is 20 hours per week, with more than 20 hours possible during lecture-free periods as needed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support customer reception and service.
- Carry out various sales-support activities.
- Assist with goods receipt, delivery note checks and merchandise labelling.
- Provide gift-wrapping support at the checkout.
- Assist with shipping.
- Replenish packaging materials in the sales area.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled as a student at a German university or other higher-education institution.
- Be available to work Saturdays and at least one additional weekday, for 20 hours per week; hours may exceed 20 per week during lecture-free periods if needed.
- Initial experience in a service-oriented business is an advantage.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, a highly structured approach to work, commitment and reliability.
- Show a strong service orientation, motivation and engagement.
- Have very good German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
