Hermès Middle East seeks a Workforce Planner in Dubai (Dubai Mall) to manage retail staff scheduling, attendance and workforce reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain staff rosters and shift schedules to ensure optimal store coverage and operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with in‑store trainers and the central training department to align rostering with training plans and employee development needs.
  • Monitor attendance, shift adherence and leave requests; maintain accurate workforce records and systems.
  • Support daily manpower planning to meet fluctuating business demands and special events.
  • Prepare and update workforce reports (scheduling, daily planning, sick leave, annual leave, public holidays) for store management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Communicate schedules, amendments and operational changes to managers and store staff in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in scheduling management, workforce planning or administrative roles, preferably within retail.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and rota management.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to liaise with training and store management teams.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and adapt quickly to operational changes.

Experience
