Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a warm, hospitable greeting.
• Build strong client relationships to discover their needs and wishes.
• Engage with clients while they wait to meet the Sales Associate responsible for their chosen Métier.
• Manage customer queues using a dedicated app on Hermès devices.
• Assist clients and support sales colleagues in complex situations, including returns and reservations.
• Help the Sales Associates team schedule appointments and customer visits.
• Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure delivery of online, after-sales service and reservation orders.
• Oversee and update the store calendar of events and appointments.
• Maintain excellent store conditions by supervising external suppliers, such as florists and catering providers, and monitoring food and beverage supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury goods boutique or hospitality.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service orientation.
• Team-player mentality, ability to build meaningful relationships and ability to work autonomously.
• Availability, flexibility and dynamism to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to a people-centric retail project, with a vocation for human values, passion and a strong aesthetic sense.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in a similar position; minimum 1 year, preferably in a luxury goods boutique or hospitality.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
