Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients on arrival and deliver a warm, hospitality‑led welcome at the boutique reception.
  • Build rapport with waiting clients to understand needs and redirect them to the appropriate Sales Associate or Métier.
  • Manage customer queues and appointment flows via the dedicated queue‑management app on Hermès devices.
  • Support Sales Associates by organising and scheduling appointments and client visits.
  • Coordinate front‑ and back‑of‑house communication with Operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment of online orders, after‑sales service and reservations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Professional demeanour, enthusiasm, adaptability and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Availability and flexibility to work full‑time retail hours in a fast‑paced environment.
