Hermès Welcomist Internship - Rome boutique. 6-month full-time role for customer experience and operations support in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warm, hospitable greetings and establish initial rapport
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying needs and preferences
- Engage clients while they await Sales Associates, ensuring high-quality pre-consultation experience
- Operate Hermès queue management system on proprietary devices to optimize customer flow
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and customer visit logistics with Sales Associates
- Liaise between front-of-store and Operations Teams to manage online orders, after-sales services, and reservation deliveries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with linguistic or fashion/luxury specialization
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous
- Proficiency with Excel and standard IT tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer-service orientation
- Team player with ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Strong commitment to human-centric values, aesthetic sensibility, and passion for luxury retail
