Hermès Welcomist Intern opportunity in Rome – deliver luxury customer experience in fashion retail boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warm, hospitable greetings and build strong relationships to identify their needs and preferences
- Engage clients while they await their dedicated Sales Associate, ensuring a premium experience during wait times
- Manage customer queues through designated boutique devices and dedicated applications
- Support the Sales Associates team by coordinating appointment scheduling and organizing customer visits
- Liaise between front-of-house and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of online orders, after-sales service requests, and reservation orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a linguistic or fashion and luxury focus
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language proficiency preferred
- Proficiency with Excel and standard IT tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation
- Team player mentality combined with ability to work independently
- Demonstrated availability, flexibility, and dynamism in fast-paced environments
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and commitment to human-centered values
