Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome and ensure an outstanding client experience at the boutique front desk.
- Build rapport with clients to identify needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales Associate or Métier.
- Engage courteously with clients waiting for appointments and manage customer flow using the dedicated Hermès device app.
- Support Sales Associates by scheduling appointments and coordinating customer visits.
- Liaise with Operations teams to coordinate online orders, after‑sales service and reservation deliveries.
- Rapidly acquire knowledge of luxury retail store organisation and daily operational routines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general IT tools.
- Availability and willingness to work full‑time internship hours.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism and a collaborative team spirit.

Entry‑level internship; no prior professional retail experience required. Candidates with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in luxury retail are encouraged to apply.
