Hermès seeks Welcomist for Capri boutique—temporary full-time retail role in luxury hospitality and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and hospitality, embodying brand values
- Build strong client relationships by discovering their needs and wishes
- Engage clients during wait times prior to Sales Associate handover
- Manage customer queues using Hermès proprietary devices and applications
- Assist clients and support sales colleagues in handling returns, reservations, and complex customer situations
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits for the Sales Associates team
- Manage front and back-of-house relationships with Operations teams for online orders, after-sales service, and reservation delivery
- Oversee and maintain the store calendar of events and appointments
- Supervise external suppliers including florists and catering services, monitoring food and beverage supply
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous
- Previous experience in luxury goods retail or hospitality settings
- Proficiency with Excel and IT tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer service orientation
