Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an elevated, personal welcome to every visitor approaching or entering the Maison, setting the tone for the client experience.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison’s values—warmth, refinement and discretion—throughout all client interactions.
- Create a sense of occasion and identity from the first moment through polished gestures and thoughtful attention to detail.
- Support clients with considerate touches (e.g., umbrella cover, guiding gestures) and clear, gracious directions.
- Coordinate handovers to the Maison Host or appointment teams and assist with client flow during arrivals and departures.
- Maintain visible, reliable presence at the entrance and build constructive relationships with internal teams and local community stakeholders.
- Ensure departing clients leave with a final impression that equates the quality of their arrival.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high‑end client service or refined hospitality (e.g., members’ club, luxury hotel concierge, theatre front‑of‑house, butler or toastmaster).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly and remember client details.
- Impeccable personal presentation, discretion, and a polished, gracious demeanour.
- A genuine passion for extraordinary client service and a positive, uplifting presence even in brief interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while representing the Maison publicly; this role is explicitly non‑security.

Experience
Experience delivering refined, personalised client service in a luxury or high‑touch hospitality environment is required. Backgrounds such as concierge, members’ club staff, theatre front‑of‑house leads, butlers, or similar roles are strongly valued.
