Hermès is seeking a Welcome Host Intern in its Naples boutique to deliver a high-quality client experience and support store operations. The role is a full-time internship for six months, with an indicative gross monthly salary of €1,000 and a €10 meal voucher per working day.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a warm, hospitable greeting.
- Build strong relationships with clients to discover their needs and wishes.
- Engage with clients while they wait to meet the Sales Associate responsible for their chosen métier.
- Manage customer queues using a dedicated app on Hermès devices.
- Support the Sales Associates team by helping schedule appointments and customer visits.
- Coordinate front- and back-of-house relationships with Operations teams to ensure delivery of online, after-sales service and reservation orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Excel and IT tools.
- Willingness to work full-time hours.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration and teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service orientation.
- Team-player mentality, ability to build meaningful relationships and ability to work autonomously.
- Availability, flexibility and dynamism to operate in a fast-paced environment.
