Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and sales strategies to drive revenue growth for existing key accounts and identify market opportunities
  • Monitor product performance across all points of sale and conduct analysis per customer segment to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities
  • Coordinate and maximize promotional activities at retail locations while supporting shop openings and refits
  • Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Hermès local teams, retail partners, and sales staff across multiple markets
  • Serve as liaison between store teams and commercial headquarters, fostering integration and proactive engagement at all organizational levels
  • Provide sales support materials including catalogues, training resources, and communication content to empower store personnel
  • Conduct and evaluate sales associate product knowledge assessments; identify training needs and develop comprehensive development plans to elevate sales performance and service quality

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, and analytical capabilities
  • Watches industry sensibility preferred; otherwise, demonstrated fashion sensibility required
  • Ability to travel as required for market visits and training initiatives
