Hermès is seeking a Warehouse Operative Apprentice in Munich, starting 1 September 2027, for a 2.5–3-year apprenticeship leading to an IHK qualification as a warehouse logistics specialist. The apprentice supports store merchandise and logistics operations, learning warehouse organization, inventory management and shipping while completing vocational-school coursework.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label and store incoming merchandise in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintain efficient warehouse organization and inventory records.
- Coordinate merchandise shipments and carefully pack products.
- Learn and use the warehouse management system.
- Complete vocational-school coursework covering warehouse logistics, inventory management, logistics processes, and business and social studies.
- Take part in different operational areas with close guidance throughout the apprenticeship.
- Prepare for examinations with targeted support.

- Abitur, Fachabitur or intermediate school-leaving certificate, preferably Abitur.
- Organizational ability, care and reliability.
