Hermès Berlin seeks a student warehouse associate for logistics and inventory support, 20+ hours/week including Saturdays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive incoming merchandise deliveries, verify shipping documents, request label printing, apply labels, and place goods into storage
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, conduct regular inspections for damage, and assist with inventory management procedures
- Support stocktaking and inventory audit activities
- Replenish packaging materials and supplies in sales areas as needed
- Provide logistical support to sales personnel across all warehouse and back-office functions
- Execute special projects and preparations for promotional events in coordination with store management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at a German university or higher education institution
- Available to work Saturdays and at least one additional weekday (20 hours per week during term; >20 hours during semester breaks)
- Prior experience in a service-oriented retail or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Strong sense of responsibility and highly organized work approach
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are beneficial
