Hermès seeks a detail-oriented and intellectually curious intern to support the Visual Merchandising and Displays Manager across all phases of window and in-store animation projects. Over a 5-month assignment in the Travel Retail division, the successful candidate will manage logistics coordination, post-installation documentation, and process optimization while contributing to high-impact creative executions across the luxury brand's international store network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate visual assets, videos, and supporting documentation for window installations and store animations
- Organize product selection and logistics for window display shipments across international airport retail locations
- Track and coordinate delivery of decorative elements with internal teams, external partners, and airport operations
- Compile, synthesize, and document post-installation feedback and performance data
- Organize and catalog photography of completed window displays for archival and promotional purposes
- Maintain and update decorator databases, store floor plans, and logistical procedures
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the visual merchandising team
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a program in Communication or Design (such as CELSA, ISCOM, Sup' de Com, or equivalent university program)
- Demonstrated organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with structured methodology
- Strong capacity for integration within collaborative team environments
- Curiosity and intellectual engagement with creative problem-solving
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, or Rhinocéros) preferred

No prior professional experience required; beginner-level entry accepted. Candidates with relevant academic projects or internships in communication, design, or visual merchandising are advantaged.
Education
Current or recent enrollment in a Communication or Design discipline (baccalaureate or master's level). Schools such as CELSA, ISCOM, Sup' de Com, or equivalent university programs are preferred.
