Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and elevate visual displays across the sales floor to brand standards
- Partner with Store Directors and Visual Merchandising Manager to develop display strategies addressing sales challenges
- Support selling events and seasonal animations through VM guidance and implementation
- Educate store team and métier specialists on VM standards and seasonal collection guidelines
- Replenish and maintain inventory levels on displays
- Provide regular qualitative feedback and documentation to Visual Merchandising Manager
- Execute directives assigned by Store Director and Visual Merchandising Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Visual Merchandising experience
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently
- Proven attention to detail and organizational excellence
- Strong conceptual and innovative thinking capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional Visual Merchandising experience, preferably in luxury retail or fashion environments. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced boutique setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Formal visual merchandising training or certification preferred.
