Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and elevate visual displays across all three boutiques to enhance the in-store client experience and drive sales performance
  • Partner with store management teams and merchandisers to address sales challenges and formulate strategic solutions leveraging visual display tactics
  • Support seasonal selling events, window displays, and in-store animations through comprehensive visual merchandising guidance and hands-on implementation
  • Educate retail teams and métier specialists on product knowledge and visual merchandising standards aligned with seasonal collections and Group guidelines
  • Manage replenishment of merchandise from displays and ensure optimal stock presentation on sales floors
  • Provide regular qualitative feedback, documentation, and photography to the Retail Activities Director and merchandising teams to inform strategic adjustments
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by the Store Director and Retail Activities Director to support business objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional visual merchandising experience in luxury retail environments
  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and adapt visual merchandising guidelines while maintaining brand standards across multiple locations
  • Physical capability to lift heavy merchandise (20–40 lbs.), climb ladders and stools, and sustain extended periods of active movement including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing
  • Proven leadership ability with clear communication of objectives and strong interpersonal skills across local and cross-functional teams

Experience
