Hermès seeks an Internal Control VIE Volunteer for a 12-month assignment in Mexico supporting retail, e-commerce, and audit operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation and follow-up of internal audit recommendations in collaboration with the Internal Control Manager
- Conduct compliance assessments (Chic Campaigns) on retail activities, e-commerce processes, and accounting/treasury controls
- Define and execute store audit calendar, participate in conducting audits, and document findings with critical observations and recommendations
- Draft and update operational procedures with key control points for compliance and efficiency
- Execute sanctions checks on suppliers and customers using Refinitiv tool
- Provide ad-hoc support and assistance with special projects and investigations as requested by the internal audit team
Qualifications
- Citizen of a European Economic Area (EEA) country or Switzerland
- Between 18 and 28 years old at time of registration
- No prior completion of a VIE assignment
- Meet administrative requirements set by Business France
