Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complete interaction lifecycle with European e-commerce customers through phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing tailored product recommendations and sales support
- Receive, analyze, approve, and track European e-commerce orders through fulfillment
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistent with Hermès brand values and articulate product stories and added value
- Initiate proactive outbound customer contact to promote new products, services, and procedural updates
