Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end coordination of global stock transfers: collect and consolidate needs from subsidiaries, retail planners and métiers; propose transfer arbitrage based on KPI analysis (e.g., Mos, ST, RAL).
- Coordinate and monitor all operational stages of transfers: communication, creation, portfolio operations, tracking and reporting; ensure data reliability and compliance with deadlines.
- Handle delivery claims from the retail network via the claims tool: follow requests to closure, coordinate credits, orders and corrective actions, and ensure timely communications.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (control interne, transport, logistics, retail planning, métiers) to obtain actions and resolutions; propose acceptable solutions for client escalations.
- Monitor transactional and basic financial flows related to transfers and claims; produce reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of Bac+3 / Bac+4 (Bachelor’s/Master’s level) programme — alternance/apprenticeship format.
- Strong client orientation with a sense of service and commercial relationship.
- High level of rigor, reactivity and operational reasoning; ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrable mastery of Excel.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate professionally across international teams.

Experience
No specific seniority required; role is designed for an apprentice or early‑career candidate. Prior internships or first experiences in logistics, supply‑chain, retail operations or after‑sales are advantageous.
