Hermès Commercial seeks Transport Performance & Procurement Specialist in Bobigny, France. Manage operations, optimize sustainability initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Import/Export, Special Activities, After-Sales, Customs, and Logistics teams to streamline commercial flows and implement new transport schemes supporting business growth
- Monitor and ensure shipment integrity compliance with Group standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide strategic support and counsel to the Hermès retail network on transport flow management
- Consolidate, analyze, and report monthly transport performance indicators to stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analysis and oversee corrective action plans with transport partners
- Prepare and chair quarterly carrier quality review meetings
- Manage transport claims in coordination with the Insurance Department
- Participate in carrier audit missions alongside the Security Department
- Formalize operating procedures and share operational best practices across the organization
- Actively contribute to transport decarbonization strategy through modal shift, optimization, and sustainable fuel deployment initiatives
- Manage procurement request-for-proposals aligned with purchasing strategy, including needs assessment, pre-qualification audits, specifications development, vendor presentations, and offer evaluation
- Share best practices within the Group's transport procurement community and support cross-functional Group projects
Qualifications
- Degree in transport, international trade, supply chain management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar roles within international commerce and transport regulation environments
- Proficiency in Incoterms and international trade documentation standards
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with demonstrated interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives
- Familiarity with Hermès brand values and commitment to cultural alignment

Minimum 3 years of successful professional experience in transport, supply chain, or international commerce roles with hands-on expertise in transport regulation, commercial documentation, and international trade standards.
Education
